To whom it may concern,

I would like to thank my insurance company and my contractor for their outstanding service.

My adjuster from CSAA, Vicky Miller, was professional, proficient and polite. She handled my claim In a timely fashion and returned my calls promptly whenever I needed to leave her a message. She took the time to explain to me all my options and coverage's.

Affordable Construction Services did an absolutely professional lob putting my home back together after it was gutted to studs. They went above and beyond with their customer service making themselves available to me 24/7. Their craftsmanship is above reproach. Their employees knowledgeable and considerate. They went above and beyond.

On the day of my claim both CSAA and Beth from Affordable made it clear I could use who ever I wanted to complete the repairs to My home. I decided to get 2 other estimates for repairs without anyone knowing. One estimate was $18,000 more for the repairs and they wanted $3500.00 more for the removal of the wet materials than Affordable and the other contractor who did not break his estimate down was $24,000.00 more. Each of the other contractors stated they could not wait to be Paid by , bank. Understandably I was nervous with these price differences. Knowing I could not make up the difference in monies l went with Affordable Construction Services. No one would or could have produced a better product. I love my home

After losing 75% of the interior of our home due to water damage, you, your professional team and your well chosen subcontractors did an absolutely awesome job in putting our home back together again.
